This is our lovely holiday apartment in Jesus Pobre, near Javea on the Costa Blanca in Spain. Available for holiday lets throughout the year.

Historia

This is a gorgeous,sunny one-bedroom apartment on a stunning complex set in an oasis of beautifully maintained gardens with a backdrop of the impressive Montgo Mountain. The apartments are on two floors and this one is on the first floor opposite the large swimming pool.

The apartment can comfortably sleep 4. The main bedroom has 2 single beds, ample storage and with all linen provided. The kitchen is fully equipped including a fridge, cooker, washing machine and a breakfast bar leading into the lounge.

The spacious lounge has a table and chairs and a very comfortable double sofa bed. There is a door that leads onto a sunny and furnished private terrace .The Kitchen leads onto a second balcony with table and chairs and views of the swimming pool and gardens. There is a TV, DVD, Stereo, and WIFI is available. The bathroom has a toilet, basin , bath and shower with all towels provided.

There is ample off road parking

Los Lagos is a gated community, with a lifeguard throughout the month of August.

NOTES OF INTEREST:

The traditonal Spanish village of Jesus Pobre is a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk, for banks, shops, restaurants and bars.There is also a lovely fresh produce and vintage market here on Sundays too.

2 minutes from the villa is a supermarket and several very good restaurants.

The award Winning 18 hole La Sella Golf course is just a mile away and is one of the best Golf Courses in The Costa Blanca.There are numerous golf Courses within a short drive from the apartment

10 minutes by car to the town, port and beaches of Javea

10 minutes by car to the town and beaches of Denia.

25 minutes by car from A7 motorway to the popular resort of Benidorm with its theme parks and beaches.

60 minutes by car to Alicante airport and 90 min drive to Valencia airport.

WHY WE LOVE IT HERE

The gardens , ponds and Mountain views are breathtaking and the surrounding heady scent of pines aids the feeling of well being. There are numerous walking and cycling routes with direct access to the Mountainside as well as through miles of olive, lemon and orange groves. Feeling a total sense of relaxation as you return to the magnificent pool with a good book is what this holiday is all about.

GOLF

The Costa Blanca has many renowned golf courses of which 5 are less than half an hours drive away. Javea itself has 2 – the internationally renowned 27 – hole course at La Sella, designed by José Maria Olazabal, which is a 5 minute drive away, and a local 9-hole course which is more difficult than it looks and has superb views of the 'landmark' Montgo mountain. There are further 9-hole courses at Moraira and Altea and the 18-hole Seve Ballesteros designed course at Oliva Nova Golf Club.

CYCLING

Close by is the Marina Alta area, Spain's mainland answer to Mallorca. The Eastern point of the country on the Iberian peninsular in the Mediterranean is an ideal racing biking region through all 4 seasons of the year; you can enjoy riding on the quiet roads here at any time of the year. In spring and autumn, temperatures are around the ideal 25° and the water is pleasantly warm.
