My fitness classes are well balanced to get you the best results possible for your health and well-being. I have chosen anaerobic, strength & conditioning & stability & mobility, if you combine all of these throughout your week you will get stronger leaner more balanced and it will improve your health and longevity of life!
If you want to further this, I offer one-2-one personal training which would be prescriptive for your body and its needs to become the best possible version of yourself.
To further that again I offer athlete training specific to you and your chosen sport/event such as marathons, triathlons, cycling ..... of course while it is important to practice and improve your chosen sport it is also important to keep up the strength and mobility to improve and excel in your sport, more than you could possibly achieve just sticking to the same training regime.
It is extremely important to be strong for any sports you choose, not only for prevention of injury's but to be able to become elite and reach the top of your game!
