I don't even remember when the last time I wrote one. But the Customer Service from Ryan was unreal and I was in shocked. Never once have I ever experienced customer service like this from anywhere. I ordered a GTP9/SMC9 Tapp Adaptor and a nozzle. Now I know what some of you airsoft HPA guys were thinking, Just get the primary. Well I cant. They don't make them anymore. I've seen some reviews on the Tapp adaptor and most videos I've seen were saying it was good enough. I've gone ahead and ordered it. Took about 2 days to get too me, I'm about 2 hours away from the store. When it came there was a pin that was missing, there was a rip in the bag and the pin could've easily fell out during shipping, I contacted DMZ thru their phone number and Ryan picked up, Not a lot of questions later and he was sending me a new pin Via shipping. Amazing, but there's more. I am new to HPA and I don't have my tank, Reg, Or line yet. So I used a friend for game day and was super excited to use the adaptor With a DIY Pin. Not long after I noticed my gun was inconsistence with shooting, Thought it was my nozzle that blew or something but it wasn't Long story short the adaptor was the issue. $200 before taxes and shipping. I wasn't mad, I was devastated because this was my first impression of HPA and it left a sour taste in my mouth. He explained to me that HPA hicapas would be the best and gave me more information, the HPA dream is no longer dead for me. Contacted Ryan Via Email and he was just there for me... like honestly there for me... Not only has he agreed for me to return the product via shipping, but he agreed to give me full refund for the adaptor AND I was about to order 2 more nozzles from the website and has TOLD me that it was on him. I am not one to leave reviews at all. But Ryan, If you read this. You are amazing. I would love to come meet you one day when I try out DMZ Field.

Got my car lit up by paintballs as soon as I arrived. Referees changed rules on the fly, greatly skewing gameplay. No netting by the road to stop stray rounds from hitting the average passerby's car. I'm sure a large number of players didn't pay or sign the waivers either. Gameplay was enjoyable, staff was otherwise friendly and agreeable, didn't have any problems with cheating, but safety needs to be improved.
