Diving and Yoga for everyone, from the complete beginner to the more experienced Diver or Yogi.
I am a yoga teacher, freelance body balance instructor and nutritionist for physical activity. My organic seasonal yoga practice is focused on strengthening and lengthening both through mind and body. I work with a blend of ashtanga yoga, flowing the practice in line with the seasonal elements and related organs. I have worked with teachers around the world, training in Glasgow with SYTT and working with Julie Hanson, Sue Woodd, Marit Griffith and studying anatomy with David Keil. Workshops in warm yin restorative stretch, vinyasa flow with Union Yoga, Edinburgh (practicing with Dave O'Reilly, Sarah Rose, Jo Beautyman of YogaB). Practicing Hatha yoga with Mohini and Dietmar both advanced teachers within the Cristôforo, Tenerife. I continue to seek ongoing development and challenges for my own practice and teaching inspiration, to share with you / my friends and students.
I compliment my yoga practice working as a Les Mills freelance body balance instructor, body balance is an exercise to music discipline. I enjoy the teaching variety this brings, including Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga.
As a nutritionist for physical activity I offer advice and guidance in line with nationally recognised guidelines. My intention is to promote a concept of health and wellbeing and not just avoidance of disease.
I am passionate about my teaching and have lots of energy. Following your class or your retreat, I aim to leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated with a new found zest for life.
