After reading about all the pitfalls and problems others have ran into, we were more than happy with the support of Geert and Patricia. Excellent advice and guidance through their associated solicitor and the renovation of our house was done by their associated contractor with Andalucia Vastgoed as the project manager.  During the construction period we staid in our home country and merely through regular reporting we were kept informed. Sure, not all went according to our expectations but we had to adjust a bit to the local way and at the end things were sorted out properly and the quality of work was good.  We can recommend Andalucia Vastgoed as a strong, reliable and pleasant real estate agent and project manager.
