During spring, early summer and autumn we run Hatha Vinyasa yoga retreats and Reiki courses from a secluded retreat centre - Cortijo de la Vina - set in the protected nature reserve of the Sierras Alhama, Tejeda and Almijara natural park, Andalucia.

Historia

Twice daily yoga with plenty of time off to enjoy sitting by the pool, walking, cycling or having a massage with one of our on-site professional masseurs. Our food in vegetarian, home made and where possible locally sourced and organic. We can provide tailored retreats for your group where you can pre-book all activities and therapies as well as decide how many yoga sessions you want and what length, level of difficulty you want them to be too. There are 7 bedrooms and six bathrooms at the venue and you can see photos on our website. Our venue is a home from home and we want you to feel relaxed and at ease here. We can arrange airport pick-ups or if you want to self drive there is plenty of parking at the venue.
