I went to get some photos developed, I was told to come back the next day, even though there are shops nearby that can print photos in an hour but never mind. I held up a photo he had printed in the office and told him I wanted my photos done the same way; standard size and glossy. He said ok. 
So I came back the next day at the time I was told and the photos weren't ready. I waited for nearly half an hour and they arrived. I checked the photos and they were terrible. Not only were they the wrong size and matte but they all also had a white line on the top of each photo. I told him about the line and the guys answer was "oh don't worry, that doesn't matter". Well I'm sorry but as a paying customer it does matter. I picked up the same photo o had used the day before as an example and showed him they were not the same. The guy started saying about the size format of the photos was different, as if I had no idea what I was talking about, little does he know I have been taking photos all my life and printing them out, so I do know what I'm talking about. His exact words were "I did the best for you", to which I must disagree, he did the cheapest for him. Very unprofessional service, extremely disappointed with the fact he messed up some photos for me and also had me waiting a whole day to get them and then another half hour outside the shop when they were late. The only decent thing is he gave me my money back, but I for sure will stay clear of this place and recommend anyone reading this to try find somewhere else to get photography needs met properly.
