We booked for horse riding. €60 for 2 for 1 hr with transport. They never picked us up. They gave us a refund but we had a very disappointed child all day. She had been wanting to do it for ages and even had lessons at home ready for it.

Easy to find and a really helpful English lady (we didn't get her name) advised where to get the boats from (Beach or Port) to the Benidorm Island.  It was all very easy to buy the tickets and also catch the boats. Highly recommend doing the "yellow submarine" tour (it's not a submarine) when you get to the Island. My daughter was a little nervous but she was fine when on the vessel.  Highly recommend!

Visited Benidorm January 2017 and found Marion really knowledgeable and helpful. Explains fully what the individual trips involve, ie lots of steps, steep hills, suitability to personal needs, etc. When I had to cancel a trip due to illness she was extremely helpful and negotiated a full refund which is not the usual. Would recommend this service to anyone - young or old / able or disabled!
