Original Hi, I just wanted to put a review out there for everyone to know. I attended this year’s Fleurs De Ville event and was really impressed. This was my second year attending it. Last year it was in August and I went with two other friends. It was fun. If I remember correctly there were 25 installations. This year there were 40 installations!! I attended with a friend this year. We took lots of photos. I was really impressed and inspired by the creativity and design of the florists. I would like to note that there were 2 interesting installations this year. The first one was the 360 degrees motion video by the Ella Fitzgerald mannequin. It was a neat experience. We had a video taken in motion with one of Ella’s songs. I received this video promptly within 1-2 days via my email. The second installation was on the Concourse Level of Holt Renfrew in the perfume section. There was a big lovely installation of a heart made of flowers. There was a free photo shoot on site. My friend and I took photos digitally there. We gave our email addresses and was told that we would receive on the following Tuesday the photos by email. That would of been on Tues. May 10th. We were there on Sat. May 7th. To date, we have not received the photos. Today is Sunday, May 15th. Could someone please respond back to me about this? My friend also tried reaching out. It has been a bit disappointing and frustrating. I did not expect a company so big and well known to “drop the ball”. I have attached also some photos on that day.

First, it was delivered at 1.47am. Yes, 1.47am!!! I was wondering who delivered packages during odd hours? There were reports of stolen/lost packages in my area, and so I would suggest next time to make the delivery during the day. More importantly, I had great expectations when I ordered from this store. I don’t mind getting a pair of boots that someone might have tried on or returned, but this was REALLY tried on multiple times., or worse it could have been used and returned. The left pair seemed to be the one on the shelf for people to try. There were noticeable wear and smudges on the suede to the point that the letter S is almost getting erased. I understand the Black Friday/Cyber Monday pricing. But I don't feel that I got the value for my money because of the SALE, but it feels more that I got a discount because the pair given to me isn't the best quality? Now I was asked to return. It's a shame that once they were returned, another person might be buying these used pairs again. Quite not a great experience with Holt overall.

They didn't have my size so I ordered through store- big mistake. No return label in box. Called Holt online- they could not help and said it had to be dealt with in store. Called Bloor location 3 times- unable to get a hold of them- left message but they did not answer back. Called Holt online who put me through to the Bloor location concierge. He said returns HAD to go through the associate and I would have to wait to receive a call back from the associate. Since item needed the item to be returned in 14 days- could not wait to see if associate would call so had to go to a store to return, which was inconvenient. Associate emailed past the 14 day return policy. For a high-end department store- returns should be able to be processed through Holt online regardless of how the item is purchased in store vs online. Other competitors can do this- Holt needs address this issue. Also- Holt should allow ANY associate to process the return if I call the store- I mentioned this to the concierge but no action was taken.
