Having read the preceding comments here I visited the health centre this morning to get a new SIP with some trepidation, having just moved to Catral. I handed over my empadrienmento and old SIP and was given a shiny new one & registered with new doctor in five minutes, & that despite turning up outside the hours when they do SIPs. Really impressed - excellent customer service. Big thank you to the woman who dealt with it so efficiently En Espanol Habiendo leído los comentarios anteriores aquí, esta mañana visité el centro de salud para obtener un nuevo SIP con cierta inquietud, recién mudado a Catral. Entregué mi empadrienmento y SIP anterior y me dieron uno nuevo y brillante y me registré con un nuevo médico en cinco minutos, y eso a pesar de aparecer fuera del horario en que hacen SIP. Realmente impresionado - excelente servicio al cliente. Muchas gracias a la mujer que lo manejó de manera tan eficiente.
Es lamentable la ineficiencia de este centro médico. Acudes de urgencias y la que te ve es la recepcionista que habla por teléfono con la médica y lo de siempre, que te hagas primero la prueba covid y que hablamos por teléfono. Aquí llegas con una pierna menos y te mandan a tu casa a hacerte la prueba del covid. Qué ineptos.
Inadmisible 2 horas al teléfono en espera y siguen sin cogerme el telefono . Deja mucho que desear. Nunca me ha pasado algo así en ningún centro, ni ahora con la actual situación de covid.El órgano competente debería de tomar medidas. Los ciudadanos de Catral merecen algo más que esto.
Los médicos bien, pero las dos urracas que hay en recepción dejan mucho que desear, están en las conversaciones absurdas de todos pero no están pendientes de su trabajo, nunca contestan el teléfono, con la gente preparada para este cargo que no necesita ninguna titulación superior han puesto a estas dos ... seguro que fueron a dedo.
Las personas mayores no deberían esperar ahora que hace frío en la calle ahora con el COVID pero por lo demás, el personal hace lo que puede y son muy amables

I made another appointment for the next day! All the time I was waiting in the corridor for a nurse there were 3 Spanish patients already waiting there too. One of which entered after myself, obviously not one of these patients were advised there were no nurses in attendance! A horrible Medical centre with equally horrific administration staff in attendance that are not all service or helpful at all!!! The next day I returned to the CATRAL medical Centre early for the appointed time, but still had to wait 35 minutes for the male nurse to call my name.
