Historia

Can Papa is conveniently located in the peaceful countryside with Pollensa old town just 5 minute’s drive in one direction, and Puerto Pollensa 5 minutes in the other direction.
Pollensa town, with its charming narrow streets and its authentic main square full of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy a wonderful meal, tasting some Mallorquin cuisine, or simply have an ice cream or a beer watching the world go by. Puerto Pollensa has something for everyone, discover the famous Pine Walk, the marina and waterfront café’s and bars. The long stretch of sandy beach has sunbeds and sunshades for long lazy beach days. There is plenty to keep you busy with the choice of water sports, and the beach bars are the ideal spot for a sundowner!

The 3 sandy bays and relaxing resort of Cala San Vicente is a 10 minute drive from Can Papa.

The Villa itself is accessed by a gated entrance, and is set in vast grounds surrounded by Mediterranean gardens.

The large pool measures 10x5 meters is located at the rear of the house. The pool has the option of being heated, perfect for the cooler shoulder months.
The outside area is an oasis with plenty of outside seating, a dining area, barbeque, 12 sunbeds, children’s play area, table tennis table and a chill out area. The far reaching uninterrupted view stretches across the countryside to spectacular Tramauntana Mountains in the distance.
The inside of the house is very comfortably furnished. The downstairs bedroom and ensuite bathroom have been adapted for wheelchair use. There is a double bed, dressing room and ensuite bathroom which has a large walk-in shower. There is direct access from this downstairs room to the lounge area, on the ground floor you will also find the large dining area and fully equipped kitchen.

Upstairs on the right hand side is a double room, with ensuite bathroom, boasting a Jacuzzi bath. The room has beamed ceilings and views of the approach to the house.
To the left hand side is the 1st twin room, with views across the countryside at the front of the house, this bedroom shares a family bathroom.
The 2nd bedroom on the right hand side as you go up the stairs is a large double room, with ensuite bathroom, with walk in shower and separate toilet.
The double room at the back of the house has views of the pool and garden, and is complete with an ensuite bathroom.
There is another large twin room on the 1st floor with views to the side of the house, there is plenty of room here to add 2 extra beds for the larger party and this room shares the family bathroom.
Bath towels, hand towels and pool towels are supplied and cleaning is included. It is important to us that guests enjoy their stay, so if there is anything that require for your holiday that we do not have in the house, please ask us and we will be happy to ensure it is provided for you.
