Historia

CARIBASOL is a family run business that has been established for over 26 years on the Costa del Sol. We operate in a very small horse shoe between Elviria and La Cala. Our office is in Calahonda which is where the majority of our clients’ properties are situated.

We currently care for around 100 properties 70% of which we rent on a regular basis and the rest we clean, prepare and maintain for the owners who prefer not rent but just use for family and friends.

We advertise in the UK, we have a user friendly easy to navigate website as well as advertising on the big internet holiday rental websites that are always found in the top 20 of google searches! Since the company was founded in 1986, we have established a large client base who rent from us year after year.

Our owners and our rental clients have peace of mind knowing that our office is nearby and help is just a few minutes away, whatever the dilemma 24/7! Holiday bookings through the website are growing annually. As are our bookings through recommendation, which we believe is the BEST form of advertising.

We also organise day trips (or longer) to Sierra Nevada for skiing & snow boarding. We can offer horse riding .fishing trips and Diving courses. We also liaise with specialist golfing holiday firms to maximise rental potential during the winter months! Your clients/family/ friends will have full use of these services.
