Standing proudly on a majestic spot, Casa de la Angeles based in Cabrera Mountain, Turre, Almeria is a magnificent 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury villa that commands stunning views all around!

Nearest Airport to this stunning villa is Almeria which is 1 hour drive, Murcia Airport 1 hour and a half drive and Alicante Airport 2 hour drive. These times are based on a relaxing pace as you may be new to the area.

This superb villa is modern, bright and airy with its private gated driveway, leading to a shaded summerhouse for outside dining and chilling complete with BBQ area and breath taking views!

Enter the villa via this terrace where those stunning views can really be enjoyed. On the ground floor the entrance hall leads to a spacious lounge area complete with wifi and basic english TV. Adjacent to this area is an additional 2nd lounge, here you have the option to pull out the sofa and make it into a double bed.

The kitchen, also adjacent to the large lounge area, consists of an oven, microwave, dishwasher and ice making and cold water american style fridge (You can drink the water straight from the fridge and taps, as all water is sourced from the springs in the mountains) This is optional.

The outside dining area next to the kitchen also has a BBQ area and outside oven. You can either have outside dining in this area or you can enclose yourself with the drop down awnings.

You also have an outside utility area which is covered, here you will find a sink and washing machine.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one has a kingsize bed and the other has two singles, next to these rooms you will find a toilet and shower bathroom.

The attractive wrought iron and stone staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find a further two double bedrooms, one being a master with an on suite bathroom, both bedrooms have access to the outside terraced area, here you can really capture the beautiful panoramic views of Cabrera Mountain.

This beautiful luxury villa also offers a 10 by 5 pool with a cascading Jacuzzi into the deep end of the pool, pool bar area with fridge and surround sound inside and out, so you can listen to your favourite tunes from your own devices or listen to the local radio stations.

Added features such as air conditioning, log fire and window shutters making it a truly exceptional property throughout.

Casa de la Angeles is a beautifully appointed vila with spectacular views and has all the facilities for the perfect family holiday.

You have great restaurants available on Cabrera Mountain, one being Los Pastores where you find typical Spanish cuisine, Fatimas which offers a Moroccon themed menu and then you have Finca Listonero which offers fine dining to the highest standard, in beautiful surrounding inside and out! All superb and highly recommended, and the views from these restaurants are again stunning.

You have the local town Turre, which is 15 minutes down the mountain, here you´ll find numerous bars and restaurants plus the local traditional Friday Market. You can also shop in the local supermarket Superturre, here you will find a vast selection of english and spanish foods.

The nearest beach is Mojacar Playa where you will find dozens of chiringuitos, bars, restaurants, clubs, bowling alley, hotels, shopping centre (Commercial centre) chemists and A+E if you should need them.

Other places to think about would Garrucha fishing port, where you can sit watching the fishing boats come back from there daily catch which could be on your plate within half an hour. These boats all supply to the local restaurants in Garrucha.

You also have the largest nudist area in europe based in Vera which is half an hour from Turre, if your into that sort of thing! Loooool!

There is so much to do, or so little to do while holidaying at Casa de la Angeles, the choice is yours!

There is a manual in the Villa which lists everything that is available to you while on your stay, plus there will be people available on call if you have any questions!

January - April £1,200 per week

May - June £1,400 per week

July - August £1,650 per week

September £1,500 per week

October £1,300 per week

November - December £1,200 per week

Please note there will be a £200 holding deposit which will be returned once check out has been completed and everything is in order.

If more than 4 people are staying at the villa at any one time, there will be an additional cleaning cost of £150 on top of your rental fee.
