Historia

Casa La Madrugada is a spacious and well appointed villa situated in a peaceful backwater of Baladrar, a short drive from the popular coastal town of Moraira, with its beautiful beaches, Yacht Club and marina.
For Golf lovers, the villa is a short walk from the iFach Golf Centre, where you can play golf whilst admiring the views over the Mediterranean towards the dramatic Calpe rock.
The villa can accommodate 4-6 adults and is equipped with one en-suite bathroom and one shower room, large kitchen, dining room and a large lounge.
As you can see in the photos we have a generously sized pool, a covered poolside barbeque and dining area complete with kitchenette.

There are a further two large patio areas for dining out depending on how much sun or which view you wish to enjoy.

There is also ample private parking within the grounds.

The towns of Moraira at 5km and Calpe at 8km away for beautiful beaches, shops and restaurants.
