This charming villa, situated on a plot of 840 m² (145 m² living area), is quietly situated in the well-kept residential area “San Jaime”. The spacious villa offers space for up to 6 people, and the main terrace comes with a magnificent view over the Mediterranean sea. Casa Elfriede is in an ideal location just a few minutes’ walk to a major supermarket (Pepe La Sal), shops and great choice of bars and restaurants as well as Moraira's Ifach golf course

Casa Elfriede has a master bedroom with wardrobe. This room has air conditioning. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub, toilet sink, and a towel warmer. The second bedroom also has a wardrobe and air conditioning. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and a sink.

The third bedroom is located in the 2nd floor the villa, overlooking the pool. It has a separate entrance via an external staircase, and is equipped with a wardrobe and air conditioning. The third (smaller) bathroom has a shower, toilet and a sink.

The kitchen has a built-in pantry, a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, kettle and coffeemaker. The living room has a TV and DVD. The second part of the living room has a breakfast table with 6 chairs.

Outside you will find the pool with terrace, sun beds and shower. The whole plot is walled and is closed by a large gate. Parking is on the plot or inside the garage. The villa has all day sun and has a unique view over the Mediterranean Sea.

The villa is located about 3 kilometers from the town Centre of Moraira, about 10 kilometers from Calpe, 20 kilometers from Denia and 35 kilometers from Benidorm.
The distance from Alicante airport is 90 km. The airport of Valencia is located 110 kilometer away. Moraira is a beautiful place, which unlike many others, is not characterized by high-flat or hotel buildings.
At 800 meters from the villa is a bank, pharmacy, restaurants and a supermarket. So you’re close by everything. Moraira’ s beaches and downtown are about 5 minutes away.
