Ms. S, the barber / cos teacher was so amazing as well focusing on so many students and really being there for us whenever we need it. Beautiful staff inside and out. Couldn’t have done it without them. They have changed my life for the better. I also felt honored having the owner let me work on her hair! How amazing that she even involves herself in our success. It really is a good vibes and loving environment. I highly recommend this program to anyone who is determined and ready for a promising career. Even on the toughest days I am so thankful I stuck with it and made it to the end. I am so grateful for the staff and the opportunity to be in this establishment. Thankful to the people who came in to get their hair done by us students because if you didn’t give us a chance we wouldn’t have that practice. The person that did my hair stripped the color of my hair without permission and then put color on the stripped hair when I wanted the color to be permanent and fade nicely… stripped hair doesn’t keep any color you put on it. That being said, the color they put on was gone in a matter of 3 days. Along with the stripping of the hair, I also asked for a cut. I had to ask 5 times for my hair to be cut and when the person actually cut my hair, it was straightened out, completely ruining my hair, as I have very wavy/curly hair. I left this school after 5+ HOURS of being there, thinking “oh I look okay”, but 3 days later I realized the grave mistake I made going here. Because I went here to get my hair done, I ended up having to cut my hair short in order to get out the stripped color and even out the mess they made of my hair. I still can’t color parts of my hair because of going here and I genuinely hope this helps anyone who is considering going here to get there hair done.

This was her being petty for being upset with me about the situation I described earlier. I have seen multiple students graduate in sandals and wear whatever they want. My graduation day was not enjoyable at all and it shows that they pick favorites at Continental, and I was treated very poorly.
