Let's make this personal and less corporate shall we? My name is Alex, I have been designing and project managing kitchens from the age of 18, I have a fresh outlook and have come across pretty much every scenario possible dealing with very high end projects, (shortlisted for the designer of the year award 2014) to more cost effective designs. I have always known what the industry is missing and assumed it would be impossible to start out on my own. I understand the stress and worry of going through such a process, I mean, I'm selling lifetime kitchens here at Concepto so you will be making a decision to last you a lifetime. Therefore I understand clients need time to make the right decisions and think everything through, I am happy to make changes to your design as many times as you like, call me at 3am if you need me! I have a the state of the art software which enables me to help you visualise and really picture yourself in your new kitchen. I don't just put boxes on walls, I will calculate everything from how many steps you will take from your hob to your sink when draining off the pasta to how the drawer boxes perfectly line up to the corresponding units! I will be selling fully assembled 19mm thick carcasses in a number of finishes and colours, our installations manager will come round and take the measurements to forward over to me as so I can study and design (after all I make things look pretty and function, he makes it fit!) We can show you all of the samples and even bring a unit to show you the quality, this keeps the cost down, after all having a showroom costs an awful lot and with today's technology I shouldn't have to pass that cost onto you.
