Self catering apartment with private roof terrace! Close to the popular port of Mazzarron.

Historia

Whether you are looking for a family holiday, a long weekend get away or maybe you prefer a golfing holiday! Condado caters for everyone!
We currently rent out our apartment in Garden 5 which is a casual 10 minute walk to Al Kasar which is the main square with a local shop that has everything you need. A bakery, some restaurants and if you are feeling brave take on the iron man challenge in Big G's (that's if you like steak)!!!

There is a bus that leaves the resort every day, time table can be found at Al Kasar, although for longer stay we would recommend hiring a car (we use doyoudospain) as there are some lovely places including beaches to explore!! Mazzaron is another great place to eat, drink and shop!

During the day there is a kids club from 10-1pm as well as football club. There is a big market just outside of the report once a week.

Our apartment is a 2 bedroom apartment, open plan kitchen, diner and living room though we prefer to eat out on our roof terrace with again is fully equipped with sun lounger, dining table and 6 chairs.

There are two bedrooms, master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds however an extra bed is available. We are two families, one a family of 5 and the three children all have plenty of room (13, 11, 4). Of course a bathroom with bath and shower.

Everything you need is available just like at home toaster, microwave, iron, iron board, hairdryer and even towels.
