Historia

Construction Buena Vista (Builders) is a small building company based in the Jalon (Xalo) Valley. The main area of activity is within the Jalon and Orba valley's including Benissa, Senija, Lliber, Jalon, Alcalali, Parcent, Benigembla, Murla, Orba, Tormos, Sagra, Rafol de Almunia, Benimeli. We also opperate on the coast including Calpe, Moraia, Javea and Denia. At Construction Buena Vista we aim to provide high standards of construction and workmanship for a fair price. Over the years we have been very successful in moving the company forward on recommendations from our existing clients.

Construction Buena Vista is owned by John Phillips and is well established within the area. They have a first class reputation for a quality finish.
John has a wealth of building experience, before moving to Spain he was the Principle Building Inspector for the City of Sheffield, overseeing both public and private building companies large and small that carried out building work within the Sheffield area. John was responsible for the Public's Safety at Sports Grounds within the Sheffield area and also attended any dangerous structures which the Police or Fire Brigade felt needed a professional opinion.

John was the owner and driving force behind two building companies in Chesterfield, Derbyshire and as a qualified Architect and Building Surveyor is well placed to provide the same first class building service for his clients in Spain.

His professional qualifications are second to none; he holds F.I.A.S. (Fellow of the Institute of Architects and Surveyors), F.A.B.E. (Fellow of the Association of Building Engineers), M.I.B.C.O. (Member of the Institute of Building Control Officers), F.F.B. (Fellow of the Faculty of Building), M.R.S.H. (Member of the Royal Society of Health), C.M.W.O.B.O. (Chartered Member of the World Organization of Building Officials) and M.B.I.M. (Member of the British Institute of Management).
