ANNUAL TAX RETURNS:
Hassle free “declaración de la renta,” annual tax returns: The Spanish tax year runs from January to December. Your tax return must be submitted between 7th April and 30th June every year.
RESIDENCY:
To get a residency certificate or an NIE number you now have to present a number of personal and financial documents. We fill in your forms, check your documents and make your appointment for a nominal fee.
WILLS:
Your will with us is bilingual and includes the important clause regarding UK or law. We write your will accoding to your wishes and go with you to the notary to sign it.
HOUSE SALES:
When you buy or sell a property make sure you have a lawyer on your side. We charge a one-off set fee with no commission.
NON-RESIDENT TAX FORMS:
European non-resident Spanish property owners must complete a non-resident tax declaration (form 210) every year from September to December. This is not a new legal requirement but recently there has been a crackdown on non-payers and fines are huge.
TAX STATUS
Having an NIE number doesn’t mean you are a resident. Neither does having a green “EU residency” paper or card automatically make you a tax resident. Check your status and make sure the tax authority has your correct address and personal details to avoid stress and fines.
