Direct Villa Holidays is one of the leading specialist villa with private pool holiday companies operating in Spain and based in the picturesque town of Moraira on the stunning Costa Blanca where we have more recorded hours of sunshine than anywhere else in Spain!

Due to the success of our unique business model we are currently looking for a limited number of new villas. We offer a substantial guaranteed rental incomes of between 7,500-40,000 Euros per season or you can just rent out the weeks you want to. Our local staff are based in the centre of Moraira, one of our key resorts that is just a short drive from the other villas we offer in neighbouring Javea and down the breathtaking rocky coast road to Calpe. This enables us to offer you better maintained, superior villas, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the region and indeed the neighbourhoods in which our villas reside, as well as help and assistance should you need it whilst you are here. Our resort managers are on call 24/7 thoughout your stay and can help with just about anything!

Our aim is that in providing detailed and truthful information about our villas, the villa that you choose will at the meet and most often exceed your expectations.

We spend a lot of time overseeing the maintenance and equipment inventories of our villas. Should you have a problem at any point during your holiday (whether it is regarding the villa or otherwise) then a quick phone call to us will provide a quick and competent remedy or advice in any given situation.

All of our villas have full inventories with fully fitted kitchens, with washing machines, kettles, irons and ironing boards, items that may seem uninspiring, yet, surprisingly many of our competitors do not deem to be essential. We are constantly striving for improvements in what we offer the vast majority of our villas have air conditioning, broadband WiFi and UK TV as standard. All of course are above standard and have a private pool.
