First the name and ID was wrong so we had to get them to print the paper again. The second time sadly we didn't notice - the date was WRONG! because of their imcompetence and our misplaced trust that they knew what they were doing... We missed our flight and were left to rebook a new one as they didn't let us through the gate!! Thankfully we had someone at the test centre at the airport which helped us to contact them and managed to sort out their error so we did not have to re-do the test all over again. Go here instead. Same price. However no help was provided by them and no refund was given whatsoever considering how much money we spent having to rebook the flight!
