The property benefits being on the ground floor and great for families with small children or for people who want quick access to the pool area from the sun terrace which leads straight out to the pool area. The terrace has a large table and chairs where you can eat al fresco in the evenings. The complex has 3 swimming pools and a children’s pool, kids playground area, BBQ area, Tennis Courts. Opposite the complex is the Duquesa Golf and Country Club offering an 18 hole golf course. The apartment has its own car parking space in the underground car park accessible by security gates.
