Historia

Duratec Rope is a privately owned and managed rope manufacturing and servicing company in Palma de Mallorca.

Founded in 2010 by Aubrey Matthews, and later joined by João Rui De Oliveira, the company has built a significant reputation in the region as a provider of high quality rope products and services, both standard and bespoke. At present, Duratec Rope specifically offers these products and services to the needs of the yachting industry. The knowledge and expertise that we apply to the manufacturing and servicing of ropes has been developed during years of field experience and through the many interactions and specific requests that we’ve had from our clients.

Our team continually looks for ways to innovate, sometimes even challenging perceived limits, in order to deliver high quality rope products as well as standard or ad-hoc services to the very specific needs of our clients.
