We are making gelato since 1912.
The first recipes have been developed more than 100 years ago by Schiavi family in Almenno San Bartolomeo, the picturesque Italian village near Bergamo. Today, the small family business has become award winning Italian pastry brand – La Pasqualina,
known for its attention on careful selection of quality ingredients. Based on that tradition and recipes of La Pasqualina, we created
Eccolo - special edition for Andalusian market, where the sun, clean air and unspoiled fertile ground are giving high quality organic diary and fruit. Eccolo gelato is made from carefully selected natural and healthy ingredients and it’s free of artificial aroma, colorants and additives.
Each day we make fresh small batches of gelato, following our traditional recipes and assuring the preservation of the genuine taste
of those ingredients. In order to guarantee the highest quality and genuinity of our products,
we use only organic milk and yogurt coming
from the local market, free of GMO, and our sorbets are made with fresh seasonal fruit mostly cultivated by local farmers.
