Sobre Nosotros Reservations at restaurantesebastian@gmail.com Historia Restaurant “Sebastian” is in a former stable, over 250 years old, where skilful restoration has retained the original stone walls and traditional Mallorca benches. In the day there are exceptional views of the mountains, at night the elegant candle-lit atmosphere is very relaxed and draws a stylish crowd who feel very much at home. SEBASTIAN PASCH, the chef-owner, specializes in using fresh produce of the season and likes to let the flavours of these products speak for themselves. Every now and then he adds a hint of Asia to his dishes but there are always old favorites – rack of Mallorcan Lamb and Lobster Ravioli to delight his loyal clients. DEIA (Deya), often called the most beautiful village on Mallorca, lies in the heart of the Tramontana mountains. Writers, painters and musicians have lived and worked here since the 1960s, perhaps the most famous being Robert Graves, whose house is now, open to the public.
