I homeschooled my son Christos, allowing him to follow his true passions of gardening, cooking and making just about anything. At 15, he did Geoff Lawton's permaculture course, and became fascinated with the subject. He longed to have his own land, and he now has..on the island of Mallorca, unbelievably, where he was conceived! After two years of travel, we didn't expect to settle here, but have found it's the perfect place. We have everything from mountains to beautiful beaches, nature galore, and..straw bale houses are legal here! So, we have our land, and are about to begin creating our permaculture paradise. And also, restoring our beautiful small Mallorquin stone house, which we will eventually rent out...also we'll soon be building some small straw bale houses!
