CostaMedConsulting is a service company helping clients with advice regarding purchase, sale and the ownership of a property in Spain. We cover Costa Blanca and Costa Calida, from Alicante down to Mazarron incl the areas of Roda Golf, La Tercia, San Javier, Rojales, Quesada, Los Montesinos, Guardamar del Segura etc.

Costamedconsulting started in the 90´s in La Zenia and later moved to Pilar de la Horadada. We have many years experience of living in Spain and how the bureaucratic "jungle" entails regarding owning a Spanish property.

CostaMedConsulting är ett serviceföretag som hjälper kunder med rådgivning gällande ärenden som har med köp, försäljning och ägandet av en fastighet i Spanien. Vi täcker Costa Blanca och Costa Calida, från Alicante i norr ner till Mazarron i söder inkl. orterna innåt landet Roda Golf, La Tercia, San Javier, Rojales, Quesada, Los Montesinos, Guardamar del Segura etc.

Costamedconsulting bildades på 90-talet med kontor i La Zenia som sedan flyttades till Pilar de la Horadada. Vi har många års erfarenhet i att bo i Spanien och den byråkratiska "djungel" som ett ägande av en spansk fastighet har med sig.

We have many years of experience of living in Spain and the "jungle" of bureaucratic matters, which the ownership of a Spanish property entails."
