Historia
Grupo Otero lleva 60 años construyendo viviendas unifamiliares en el norte de España y desde hace 8 años, lo hace su tercera generación en Marbella.
Somos promotores y constructores y nuestra pasión es llevar a nuestros clientes/amigos la satisfacción de un trabajo bien hecho, estamos orgullosos de nuestra construcción.
Construimos de forma tradicional: Forjado sanitario, estructura de hormigón, doble capa de ladrillo cerámico y doble aislamiento, ¿suena fácil?
Es así si conoce lo que hace. Sin duda, es el mejor sistema para aislar su vivienda del calor del verano y del frío invierno.
Actualmente Otero esta desarrollando mas de 40 proyectos a lo largo de la costa del sol para clientes de diferentes países.Nuestros clientes valoran sobre todo el tener en Otero un único punto de contacto y responsabilidad con toda la cadena constructive.

Otero group, originally from the north of Spain has  over 60 years experience building family homes and the third generation is at Marbella for the last 8 years , in our long history we have projected and/or built more than 3.000 houses and for us they are like our children…
About building, we,in Otero group, use only traditional building system:  Suspended floor, concrete structure , double layer of ceramic bricks and double insulation, does it sound easy? It is if you know what you are doing. Without doubt it's the best system to have your home insulated of heat at summer and cold at winter.
Currently, Otero group is involved in the development of more than 40 different projects on the Costa del Sol with a wide range of clients from different geographical points in the world.
