Historia
WELCOME TO SOFIA’S  Modern, family and consistency are just a few of the ingredients that go to create our restaurant. Our aim is to provide an exceptional dining experience in relaxed and friendly surroundings, with the desire of offering quality and value for money.
Our frequently changing menus of modern international cuisine with an added twist of innovation should always present enough choice to suit all tastes, with vegetarians also catered for. Dishes such as crisp goats cheese beignets served on chargrilled sweet pear and finished with a sundried tomato and hazelnut pesto, or a salad of sweet local melon served with fine sliced jamon serrano, fresh watercress and crumbled feta cheese, finished with a honey and Ruby Port dressing.
Or for main course, slow braised lamb shank with moroccan spices, honey and dates served with a toasted almond and coriander cous cous or oven baked cod fillet with roasted red peppers, spicy chorizo and sweet sherry served on creamy roasted garlic mash.
Or finally for dessert, spiced pineapple tart tartin flavoured with cinnamon and golden rum, topped with toasted coconut ice cream or smooth chocolate and whisky cream mousse sandwiched between all-butter shortbread biscuits, all of which are perfect examples of the original and homemade cuisine we pride ourselves on.
Our set menu consists of three courses and half a bottle of our carefully chosen house wine from the Valencian region, or if you prefer, we also have a variety of select wines ranging from a good quality Cabernet Sauvignon from Alicante up to an incredible Coupeage from Priorato.
