Originally from the Dominican Republic, Johnnie B moved to Manhattan, New York at the age of 5 and, in his formative years, was involved in the vibrant 80s New York music scene including working for Steve Rubel & Ian Schrager owner & founders of the iconic Studio 54 club & The Palladium After moving to Spain in the late 80s, he quickly made his mark creating the legendary "Soulkitchen Madrid", the hottest R&B,Hip-hop nights of Madrid in the 90s. He has since gone on to successfully host radio shows, nightclubs, restaurants & events in Madrid & Marbella, working with world class artists. His passion for music genres such as soul, jazz & R&B, fine international dining & big city customer service with small town intimacy has become his signature style with a great atmosphere guaranteed in all events & projects he undertakes.
