Historia
This is a beautiful villa set in the mountains of Malaga in the Axarquia area of Andulucia.

The Villa is a sanctuary of charm, tranquillity and beauty, just 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport.

A place where you will not be found, unless you want to be.  
An ideal setting for hiking or a retreat to paint, write or simply escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy
another world, and yet you will only be 30 minutes drive from Malaga city  centre, less than 2 hours from Gibraltar,
1 hour from Granada with its famous Alhambra Palace. 
If you are looking for something cooler, the Sierra Nevada ski resort (the highest  ski resort in Europe) is less than 2 hours drive away. 
 
The nearest beaches can be found 20 minutes away in El Palo which  is part of the glorious expanse of Costa del Sol coastline,
where there are some  wonderful places to eat out as well.

The scenery around the villa is breathtaking, with vast mountain  ranges, lakes, open countryside, hidden valleys and outstanding
 natural beauty  and wildlife. The terrain is futile and produces large amounts of olives,  almonds, grapes, lemon, oranges and mangos,
 all of which grow freely around the villa.  The villa is 140m2 and south facing with approx 6 acres of land with many fruit trees.

The villa has 3 double bedrooms, 2 with fitted wardrobes. There is a family bathroom and the master bedroom has its own dressing
 room and en suite, all decorates to the highest standards. Electricity and water are connected and there is a Sky dish for  access to TV.

The spacious lounge has a corner fireplace and wood burner, to open plan dining area and American style fully fitted kitchen.

An internal door opens to a stunning walled courtyard with  utility room to the side, plumbing for washing machine and tumble dryer.
A metal staircase leads to an upper sun deck which has the most amazing views of the surrounding countryside of Montes de Malaga National Park.
