Head Chef Klaus Brunmayr and his team create the finest dishes, designed with a twist of imaginative genius – using only the freshest local ingredients…  a culinary delight that has to be experienced first hand.

Klaus Brunmayr Chief Exec Head Chef at Lucy Wang draws heavily on Japanese and French influence.  Previously with Portals’ Michelin starred Tristans, Klaus’ cuisine brings together a fusion of flavours from distant continents.  His innovative Japanese cuisine with a French twist is the trademark with which Lucy Wang has become synonymous.

Lucy Wang Portals, the most recent addition to the Zhero portfolio, perfectly captures the essence of luxury Mallorca.
