Historia
IGH Flavours & Technology is a company producing flavours, aromatic preparations, compounds and other ingredients for the Food industry. We have among our product range a vast array of flavours, tailor-made to satisfy the needs of each client, market and process: flavours either soluble, in paste, emulsified, in powder or spray-dried, essential oils, creams, sauces and dessert syrups, emulsions and extracts.

We cater to a diversity of food industries: refreshing beverages (with alcohol or alcohol-free, juice or extract based, spirits...), dairy (yoghurt, dairy desserts, shakes, ice-creams), pastry and confectionery (both traditional and modern pastry, frozen pastry, cookies), sweets (gummies, bubblegum, popsicles, candies), HoReCa and Food Service (dessert toppings, syrups and fillings).

We provide both the classical flavours and the newest trends: orange, lemon, cola, strawberry, yoghurt, pineapple; almonds, orange blossom, cinnamon, tiramisu; Grand Marnier, blueberry, raspberry, vanilla... and many others.
