Historia
The offices of Jacaranda Spain are located in the Spanish town of Jalon. Predominantly covering the Jalon and Orba valleys and outwards towards the coastal towns of the Costa Blanca North.

The owner Rob Park has been living in this area and developing this real estate agency since 2010.  Speaking Spanish, Dutch and English the company is well known and well connected with each of the towns and villages.

With a solid track record in listing and selling properties in these areas we offer an individual and personal service for buyers and sellers.  Our offices are shared with the first class legal team of Marti Assessors in Jalon which covers every aspect of the sale making sure that all sales are watertight for buyers and sellers.

We work closely with the coastal agents in Denia, Javea, Moraira, Calpe and Altea. This can save the buyer, torn between a property near the sea or a more peaceful life 15 minutes inland, endless hours contacting different agents. At Jacaranda Spain, we do all the hard work for you.
