Vero Yoga Classes bring a unique combination of ancient indian techniques and modern approaches to inspire and invite people to experience the limitless potential of their bodies and minds through the traditions of yoga.

Both the teachings of India’s ancient traditions with the contemporary perception of yoga in western countries are embraced mainly through pranayama (breathing), dhyana (meditation) and asana (posture) in combination with Ayurvedic medicine and modern nutrition.

Veronica believes that yoga is available to everyone whether a person seeks to gain physical strength and/or flexibility, seeks healing of the body's pains or hopes to achieve more spiritual state of body as well as the mind.
