Vakantietherapie is kortdurende intensieve (gezins)begeleiding in het zuiden van Spanje.
Ver weg van huis en de dagelijkse drukte.
Je gaat op vakantie en investeert tegelijkertijd in jezelf en/of je gezin op een andere manier dan je gewend bent.
De vakantie neem je deze keer niet als adempauze om de rest van het jaar door te komen, maar juist als de start van een (gezamenlijk) veranderingsproces.
Het is een combinatie van ontspannen en inspannen.

Vakantietherapie is er ook voor mensen die in de rust van de natuur zich willen bezinnen op hun dagelijkse situatie. Mensen die voor veranderingen staan, behoefte hebben aan ontspanning maar ook met hoofd en hart willen onderzoeken wat hen helpt het beste uit zichzelf te halen.

Vacation-therapy is natural coaching and vacation. We focus on families, individuals and couples. Located in the south of Spain, it's far away from home and from daily life. Not taking a vacation as breathing space to be able to get through the year, but as the beginning of a (joint) process of change. A combination of relaxation and effort.
