Historia
Welcome to Torrox Property Services, we are located in Torrox about 50 kilometers east of Malaga in the Axarquia region of southern Spain. We understand that relocating to Spain needs a huge amount of  planning, information, help and organisation. There is so much more to it than just buying or renting a property. We have been through the process ourselves so can offer help based on our own personal experience. Our team are honest, professional and friendly and we promise to make your move as enjoyable and exciting as it should be.

Torrox Property Services wanted to provide a much more personal service and we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and even more importantly our after sales/rental care. For whatever reason, whether you are looking to purchase a property and relocate or buy your dream holiday home or require a long term rental or holiday let we will ensure it is done with ease and peace of mind every step of the way. We will help you with all your needs and give you advise and information on local schools, banks, doctors/hospitals, television, telephone and internet to make you feel at home in Spain.

We cover a large area including Torre Del Mar, Velez Malaga, Competa, Sayalonga, Archez, Torrox, Frigiliana, Nerja, Maro, Almunecar, La Herradura and more.

We also offer assistance with viewing trips including discounted accommodation and airport transfers. Quotes and advise on all aspects of building work. We work with local companies with many years experience in Spain.
