The 85 m2 apartment accommodates comfortably a family of up to six; it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room. Two balconies located strategically on both ends of the house, allow natural ventilation to keep it cool during the hotter months. In addition, a fireplace keeps it warm and cosy during the cooler months. This makes the property suitable for year round seasonal changes. Just some meters from the beach and 5 minutes walking from the train station, this lovely apartment is situated in Cubelles, a small and quiet beach town situated 40 minutes south of Barcelona (by car or by train), 5 minutes from the city of Villanova i la Geltru and 10 minutes from the fun cosmopolitan ambiance in Sitges. Just some meters away there are local stores, restaurants next to the beach and small supermarkets nearby and bigger shopping areas just a few minutes away by car. If you want to enjoy an "off the tourist track” genuine Spanish/Catalan family vacation, this is the ideal place.

The train station er only 5 min walking distance, from where you can go shopping in Vilanova i la Geltru or in Sitges (one and two stops), or take a 40 minute train trip to Barcelona city centre.

This is an excellent area for bicycles or walking, since the entire front . Possibility to sail a catamaran (school)
