Vilafranca is a municipality in the comarca of Alt Maestrat, Castellón, Valencia, Spain. Its official Castilian name is Villafranca del Cid.GeographyThe royal town of Villafranca del Cid is situated on the western boundary of the province of Castellón, 95 km from the capital.
