Fun, sun and fitness are 3 of our favourite things, food is our fourth so we have combined the perfect package of all 4 in beautiful, sunny Spanish surroundings.

Historia
With over 3 years experience as a fully qualified personal trainer back in the UK and a good client base, I was reluctant to leave the cold and wet weather and my long term relationship i had with the M6 motorway.. But then, I took a leap of faith and I moved to Spain. I instantly knew I wanted to share the beautiful culture and breathtaking views I see every day with friends, family and clients from back home.
Fast forward a year, I now have the accommodation to host up to 8 guests at a time in a  traditional Spanish village just a 40 minute drive from Malaga airport and have created a great fitness package and delicious meal plans for our guests both old and new to enjoy as well as tours of the local must see areas. Whether you're looking for weight loss, a reboot or something else. Whatever your fitness goals, we can help get you going.
