A unique yoga & horse riding experience in beautiful Andalusia.Two educational yoga sessions daily, riding lessons, country side rides & healthy eating.

Historia
Come and enjoy a long weekend practicing and learning about yoga, riding Andalusian horses, eating delicious Spanish healthy cuisine, and relaxing in the special Andalusian sunshine.

Accommodation at the charming Finca Las Mesas, built in 1690 and owned by the Lopez de Carrizosa family, Earl of Jerez.

Stay in one of the seven original and uniquely decorated bedrooms, and enjoy meals by the fire prepared by on-site staff in the main dining room.

Yoga twice daily in the salon, followed by breakfast and time to relax and sunbathe in green grass lined with lemon trees by the swimming pool.

Horseback riding lessons with Alfonso Lopez de Carrizosa, son of the Earl, at his private riding school and stables Alcantare Equestre. Afterwards, enjoy a countryside sunset hack with Alfonso, an extremely memorable experience.
 
Visits to the Andalusian town of Jerez de la Frontera, with beautiful architecture and lovely shops and restaurants. A chance to visit the Spanish Riding School, the stud farm or an authentic hammam.
