Me atendiendo un chico que parecia nuevo pero la verdad muy atento amable y el servicio como siempre bueno.

Terrible experience! We booked online with Easyterra. The staff at the Interrent / Europcar desk was very unfriendly and rude. First they wanted us / almost forced us to upgrade to a more expensive car and additional insurance we already had with Easyterra. Changing this in the system was no problem, unfortunately when we had problems with our credit card (deposit) they couldn't make changes... Changing driver and credit card was not possible. They didn't came with a solution and were laughing with us!! Eating chips and taking a break was more important for them.. 

Terrible experience, never ever again! We didn't get our car which we payed for! Taking a taxi or booking another car was the only option! It should be no surprise we went for the first option..

Disgraceful. Car was okay, staff were decent. However, Europcar saw fit to add 18 euros 'Airport Charge' to my hire on top of the fee I paid when I booked the car. They knew I was picking it up from the airport - why was this fee not included in the quoted price. They seem to be acting more like the other cowboy car hire companies these days. Will use Avis, Sixt or Hertz next time
