I booked with them for the first time last week for a road trip from Milan to Lake Como in Italy. We reserved a Ferrari GTC4Lusso and the staff communicated every little detail to me over email from the moment of inquiry, to reservation payment to pickup and drop-off. Prices were fair and all deposit information was clearly communicated when blocked then released. The quality of the car was tremendous, clean, and felt brand new. I had many questions for this rental as it was my first time and the staff always met me with great patience and understanding to my needs. Special thanks to Kim who was so helpful, and Federico who clearly and punctually set up our pickup/drop-off. I can't wait to rent with them on the next Europe trip!
