Historia

2002 wurde Exklusiv Konzept durch Dr. Gunther Wüstenhagen in Port Andratx gegründet. Dieser war von der Schönheit Mallorcas und speziell vom Naturhafen Port Andratx begeistert. Seither haben er und sein Team es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, exklusive Immobilien in dieser wohl schönsten Region Mallorcas anzubieten. Als Jurist und Fachanwalt für Steuerrecht steht er seinen Kunden in einer persönlichen Beratung zu den Themen Kaufabwicklung und der Vorsorge für den Erbfall zur Seite.
