Historia

This beautiful finca is set in 8000 m2 of land in a quiet rural area between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, a 5 minute drive to the beach and marina, and historic old Pollensa, and a 10 minute drive to the golf course.

The lovely property retains the character of a traditional finca.

The interior is stylishly furnished in a contemporary way and comprises: a spacious open plan, air conditioned living/dining room with satellite English and German tv and radio and iPod docking station and a more formal dining table which seats eight people.

The adjoining kitchen is well-equipped with an electric fan oven and hob, a walk in larder with a fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine and a dishwasher.

There are five comfortable, air-conditioned double bedrooms with fully tiled en-suite bathrooms and bedroom two has twin beds. The master bedroom has direct access to its own sun terrace. Bedrooms two and three have direct access to the swimming pool and bedrooms four and five are adjacent to a spacious laundry room/2nd kitchen which has a gas cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board plus additional storage for luggage. This part of the finca also has a sun terrace and outdoor table and chairs.
The exterior features a fantastic, large, floodlit swimming pool with Roman steps (approximately 10m x 6m excluding the semi circular section) and a pool-side shower. An eye-catching covered seating area is just a few steps away from the pool - great for a relaxing siesta and catching a cooling mountain breeze. A large sun bathing terrace with sun beds is located either side of this seating area with steps lead down to a grill area and an unusual tented dining area which has a unique circular mill stone table seating twelve people.

The main dining area is the beautiful cool terrace which runs across the front of the finca, where there is a large dining table for ten/twelve people and comfortable wicker armchairs.

The attractive garden is planted with numerous palms, cypresses, olive and fig trees, oleanders and bougainvillea and there is an adjoining paddock with a guest horse which is looked after by its owner. Nearby is a boules terrain, dart board and table tennis table.

Access to the finca is via lockable double gates which open into a large circular gravel drive with an attractive, central roundabout featuring a variety of palms and an ornamental olive tree.

Skippered day trips can be tailor-made to suit your requirements and we also run "sunset and tapas" evening trips to Formentor to watch the beautiful sunset with a glass of wine and some delicious tapas. Special discounts are available for finca guests.
