The villa is great and after only a day feels like home. There is a huge variety of activities for everyone, all different fitness levels. Everyday a new exciting challenge and it’s great to have the support of other people in the same boat as you. I would highly recommend this fitness holiday to everyone. From a training athlete to someone just getting into fitness. From groups to individuals, you come away with friends from all over the world and feeling absolutely amazing. Original My friend and I had the most incredible week in Javea with Luke! We were looking online for a fitness week/boot camp, and loved the fact that this one included different activities every day. Luke was so helpful right from the beginning- he answered all of our many! email questions straight away, and found out what activities we were keen to do and worked so hard to make the week as fun as possible for us. In one week we did rock climbing, cycling, sea-kayaking, aerial yoga, paddle-board, tennis.... the list goes on. Luke and his lovely girlfriend Isabel could not have worked harder to make our week amazing! The boot camp training sessions were tough but fun, and always in beautiful settings on the sea. Luke pushes you really hard but somehow it’s always fun! All of us on the boot camp looked so much fitter and slimmer at the end of the week, but we did not feel starved or overworked, we actually had one of the most fun weeks ever! I could not recommend it more highly to anyone looking to have an incredible week, and to come back looking in better shape than you could have imagined possible in 1 week. We will definitely be going back.
