We are affiliated to the REGISTERED GOVERNING BODY OF SPANISH ESTATE AGENTS (API in Spanish - Website www.apialicante.com), which offers you SECURITY and PROFESSIONALISM in buying and selling overseas properties. We are constantly asked what does A.P.I stand for and what is it.

- A.P.I’s are estate agents and valuers belonging to a professional college like architects and lawyers. Larger towns or cities such as Alicante or Valencia each have an A.P.I. college



- A.P.I estate agents are regulated, trained and are government approved. A.P.I’s are able to provide official valuations for the courts.



- A.P.I’s also have a regulatory body for any discrepancies related to property law



- A.P.I’s are compelled to subscribe to the professional liability insurance by the governing body C.O.A.P.I

If there are any disputes pertaining to a purchase or sale then the governing body will oversee the discrepancies and are they are able to make their own ruling which the API estate agent must obey as a final ruling.
