It´s taking over 5 months to get money back for my Nan´s trip that had to be cancelled due to her being ill and we still have not seen a cent. Gandia Tours blame insurance broker Innovac and Innovac blame Gandia Tours, but nothing is getting sorted. Of course, now with the lockdown, Gandia Tours doesn´t reply to emails or phone calls.
