Catherine was frank with me regarding the property at United Golf, because I was also curious about other properties in the area. She advised the property I was interested in is of a higher standard than those I had seen online. She said I would not be disappointed in the apartment at United Golf Resort. I placed my trust in her, as I could not take the usual visit due to covid restrictions. Once I decided to buy the property, Catherine referred me to the most knowledgeable people to complete the entire process. It was stress free and truly “one stop shopping.” The solicitors in which I was referred did everything, from securing “power of attorney,” and NIE, turning on power, water, opening a bank account and transfer of funds to buy my new home. Everything was handled in a very timely and professional manner. Catherine is truly a caring and compassionate person and will hold your hand through the entire process. James who showed us around all the properties was full of info really helpful and so patient with us he does a fab job thanks James!! Catherine & Andy are so helpful and lovely they talked us through the whole buying process I really trust these guys all the way and would recommend buying from them however we didn't buy this time as the properties we liked were a bit over budget for us at the min so will be back in a year or two when we have increased our budget... we certainly wouldn't go with anyone else only The Golf Property store you are never left alone Catherine is brilliant at the after sales too ! When I first purchased in Spain it did feel a little daunting despite the amount of research I had done. I needn't have worried though as GPS supported me through the full end to end process which included viewings, the offer process, arranging a solicitor, obtaining NIE numbers, setting up a Spanish bank account this also included Catherine personally taking me to numerous appointments. There was never a 'hard sell' approach in fact quite the opposite. They work very hard to find properties that match your specific requirements and are extremely knowledgeable about the area. The selling process was as equally smooth and I felt that the marketing of the property was excellent allowing for a speedy sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending GPS to those looking to either buy or sell in the Costa Calida area.
